I think most people know that going for a short daily walk is one of the best forms of keep fit. It’s easy and it’s all FREE. It does not require any knowledge or equipment and you can do it free anytime you feel like it.
The wonderful thing about walking for fitness is that you can do it anywhere: at home, in the gym, in your local neighborhood or, for the more adventurous, in the great outdoors. If you can, go into a natural environment with plants and birds or a park may be. You can feel the fresh smell of trees, the sounds of birds, or the sunlight shining through the trees?
Why we won’t do it? There are many reasons for this. We, you and I chose to sit in front of the TV all day. Working for long periods at a computer, a long hour of playing play station and an increasing reliance on the car are others.
Why we should do it? Well, it’s simple, effective, and FREE.
